Start the morning off with a protein-packed breakfast bite! This easy egg muffin recipe will have your munchkins and adults coming back for more. Mix and bake in minutes to satisfy everyone before you need to be out the door and starting your day!
1/2 cup cooked sausage
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 TBS Tuscany Spice Blend or Signature Spice Blend
1/2 chopped red bell pepper (or 1/4 of each red and yellow bell peppers)
…add other favorite ingredients to taste!
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Meanwhile, grease muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs. Add all ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture into muffin tins until 3/4 full.
When over in preheated, bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before eating.
Quick tip: set a few aside before the all disappear!
