Red, white and blue-berry!

Nothing screams summer like a cold, sweet, and delicious popsicle. With over 2 billion popsicles being sold each year, it’s safe to say that this is one popular dessert! Popsicles are the perfect way to cool off in the summer, and with so many different flavors and varieties, there is so much to love! The best part is, they can be tons of different colors, making them a great dessert to make to celebrate the red, white, and blue on The 4th of July.

Red: Strawberry-Raspberry

Sweet, fruity, and slightly tangy, this popsicle will make you believe you’re on a tropical vacation with just one lick!
Each recipe makes 4-6 popsicles, dependent on the mold size

Ingredients
From The Spice & Tea Exchange®
1 Tbsp. Raspberry Sugar

From the Grocer
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 cup water

Preparation
BLEND together all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
POUR the mixture into popsicle molds or into plastic cups.
PLACE the popsicle mold handles into the popsicle mold. If using cups, freeze the mixture for 1 hour, then place a popsicle stick into each cup.
FREEZE the popsicles until frozen, at least 4 hours

White: Coconut-Pineapple

With the flavors of a pina colada, this popsicle is not only refreshing but it also incredibly delicious. The pineapple complements the coconut and with flecks of mint throughout, you’ll be begging for more!
Each recipe makes 4-6 popsicles, dependent on the mold size

Ingredients
From The Spice & Tea Exchange®
1 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp. Coconut Flake Powder

From the Grocer
¼ cup of pineapple chunks
¼ cup of torn mint leaves
1-13.5 oz. can of coconut milk
¼ cup of shredded coconut
¼ cup of powdered sugar

Preparation
BLEND together all of the ingredients
POUR the mixture into popsicle molds or into plastic cups.
PLACE the popsicle mold handles into the popsicle mold. If using cups, freeze the mixture for 1 hour, then place a popsicle stick into each cup.

Blue: Blueberry-Lemon

Blueberry-lemon is a classic pair that makes these popsicles seriously addictive! The sweet blueberries with sour lemon juice and sweet lemon sugar will take your tastebuds on a joyride, and bring a smile to your face.

1 Tbsp. Lemon Sugar

From the Grocer
1 cup of frozen blueberries
¼ cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup of water

Preparation
BLEND all the ingredients together until smooth
POUR the mixture into popsicle molds or into plastic cups.
PLACE the popsicle mold handles into the popsicle mold. If using cups, freeze the mixture for 1 hour, then place a popsicle stick into each cup.
FREEZE the popsicles until frozen, at least 4 hours
