Spiced Ruby Apple Cider
Spiced Ruby Apple Cider holds a special place in our hearts. The warm, rush of spice and bright apple tart are a perfect combination for fall sipping – hot or cold! Brew up a batch and enjoy with the whole family!
1 TBS of Spiced Ruby Cider Herbal Tea
6 oz Apple Juice
HEAT the apple juice in a small saucepan until steaming hot.
REMOVE from heat.
ADD Spiced Ruby Cider Herbal Tea and steep for 5 mins, or to taste.
USING a sieve, strain cider into two mugs. Discard tea.
Pumpkin Chai Latte
This classic Pumpkin Chai Latte rivals the rest, as it uses our Pumpkin Chai Latte Tea and fresh nutmeg to evoke the feelings of fall. The best part? All that pumpkin spice with no artificial flavorings!
2 TBS of Pumpkin Chai Latte Tea
1 cup milk (whole, 2%, skim, almond,
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated Nutmeg
STEEP Pumpkin Chai Latte Tea in ½ cup of boiling water (212°F) for 5 mins.
HEAT milk in a small saucepan until steaming hot. Remove from heat.
STRAIN tea from water and pour into two mugs. Divide hot milk between mugs. Serve as-is or top with a thick cap of whipped cream and freshly grated Nutmeg.
If you’ve been enjoying iced matcha lattes all spring and summer, it’s time to switch over to this creamy, warm, rich matcha latte. The epitome of comfort, this drink will perfectly fit into your fall morning routine.
1 tsp. matcha tea
1 star anise,(optional garnish)
Honey straw, (optional sweetener)
1/3 cup filtered water
1 ¼ cup milk (whole, 2% skim, almond, coconut, or soy)
IN a bowl, whisk together water and sifted matcha powder until all clumps are gone. Pour into preferred glass.
USING a milk frother, heat milk then gently pour at an angle into glass.
TOP with remaining milk foam to create latte art.
Autumn Spiced Pear Tonic
For a refreshing cocktail that truly tastes like fall, enjoy this tonic. Combining spicy chai notes and fruity pears, every sip of this beverage is a delight.
2 Tbsp. Spiced Autumn Pear Tea
1 cup Chai Sugar
1 star anise, (optional garnish)
1/2 cup filtered water
2 ounces gin
1-2 ounces club soda
1 pear sliced thinly (optional garnish)
Create Chai Simple Syrup (best if prepared ahead):
STEEP Spiced Autumn Pear Tea, Chai Sugar, and 1 Cinnamon Stick – Korintje in water. Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium heat; stir to dissolve sugar. Let simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Strain out tea leaves and cinnamon sticks and discard. Store extra syrup in refrigerator.
FILL a cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin and ¾ ounce of Spiced Autumn Pear Simple Syrup to cocktail shaker. Replace lid and shake for 15 seconds or until shaker becomes frosty. Strain into cocktail glass.
TOP with club soda.
Spiced Red Sangria
This red sangria has fall written all over it. A delicious mix of red wine, Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea and seasonal currants and plums will draw you in on the first sip. If you love sangria, stock up on the ingredients because you’ll be making this beverage all through the fall.
4 Tbsp. Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea
Cinnamon Stick – Korintje(optional garnish)
32 oz. filtered water
1 bottle pinot noir wine
4 oz. white rum
Sliced fruits (any)
HEAT filtered water to 212°F (boiling). Steep Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea for 5 mins. Strain and allow to come to room temperature.
MIX brewed tea, pinot noir, rum, and sliced fruits in a large pitcher.
ALLOW sangria to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight works best) before serving.
SERVE in a pitcher accompanied by wine glasses or tumblers. Make sure to scoop some fruit into each glass if it does not come out when poured. Garnish with Cinnamon Stick – Korintje.
Warm Bread Pudding in a Mug
Love bread pudding and love tea? Then this recipe will quickly become a favorite fall-flavored tea dessert. You’ll love the sweet smell and delicious taste.
1 Tbsp. Warm Bread Pudding Tea
2 tsp. Chai Sugar
1/3 cup milk
2 pieces of buttered bread, cut into squares
BRING milk to a simmer in a saucepan.
STEEP Warm Bread Pudding Tea in milk and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Strain tea leaves from milk and set liquid aside. Discard tea leaves.
POUR over bread pieces in desired mug.
MICROWAVE uncovered for 3 minutes.
SPRINKLE with Cinnamon – Vietnamese Ground and serve immediately.
