Ingredients:

2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. maca powder

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup spinach
½ cup strawberries
½ cup peach pieces
1 Tbsp. agave nectar (optional)
1 ½ cups crushed ice (or to desired consistency)

Preparation:

  • Add coconut milk and all other ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend until thickened and desired consistency.

The Aloha Chia Smoothie & Bowl is a creamy, tropical mix of healthy smoothie essentials! Created with some of our favorite nutritious (and tropical) ingredients, one sip of this smoothie will instantly transport you to paradise!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. White Tropical Tea
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 4 oz. filtered water
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup crushed ice (or to desired consistency)

Preparation:

  • Heat filtered water to 185°F. Steep White Tropical Tea for 4 minutes. Strain liquid from tea leaves and set aside until cooled. Discard tea leaves (or save for compost!).
  • Add tea concentrate, chia seeds, milk, avocado and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add ice and blend until thickened to desired consistency.
