Need a homemade tropical vinaigrette?
Combine 1 tsp Mango Habanero Sugar, with 2 TBS red wine or white wine vinegar, 1 TBS freshly chopped shallots, ¼ tsp Italian Herb Spice Blend, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. With a slow steady stream, whisk in ¼ cup Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, creating a thick emulsified vinaigrette.
Add an extra 1-2 tsp Mango Habanero Sugar to the tropical vinaigrette recipe and you’ll have a fantastic marinade for chicken or pork. Simply combine marinade and your preferred pieces of chicken or pork to a large zipper-top bag. Seal and invert several times to distribute liquid. Place in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour, for a sweet tropical infusion of flavor.
