What began as a religious feast, evolved over time into an intentional festival celebrating the heritage and the culture of the Irish with parades, festivals, green beer, and delicious food.

Symbolized by lucky charms, shamrocks, and the color green, decorating and preparing for a St. Patrick’s Day gathering can be fairly simple. However, hosting a St. Patrick’s day feast, can take a little more planning. Read more about Add a Little Green This St. Patrick’s Day

Try: In a saucepan, combine 4 cups of vegetable stock, 8 Tbs. of butter and a complimenting Spice Blend, such as Herb Turkey Rub, English Roast Rub, or Lamb & Pork Seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until your basting liquid has reduced by at least half. This will intensify the flavors. As you baste, the liquid will combine with your bird’s drippings and add additional flavor. Read more about Chef Stefan’s Thanksgiving Tips & Ideas
